Q: I want divorce from my wife so plz help me out from this

We got married on November 3- 2018At Arya shamaj mandhir and I haven't legalized (registered) this marriage so what is the procedure for this

Q: My father married twice. Will there be disputes in the house I build

Dear Sir, My father is married twice. First wife has boy(younger and married) and girl(elder and married). Second wife has boy(elder not married), girl(younger and not married). I am boy of second wife. Both of my mothers live seperately. My father is around 50 years. Till now no dispute. Recently I was employed and repaired and reconstructed the house in which i stay with my mother into big one. At present for this house we pay tax in name of my mother(second wife). I am thinking of constructing the house further. After my father, will my brother of my fathers 1st wife or 1st wife be able to claim this house as there own. Please advice.

Your query is not clear please tell me the reconstructed house basically belongs to whom, either your mother's or your's or your father's or third party. If this clear, I am able to suitable solution. O.K.

Q: How do I revice my 498A case was disposed in June,2016

I'm unable to go for a new appeal, even though my DVC case is in the same M. M. Courts,trial going on. As husband family collide with advocate he made long time. Now can I go for appeal, will DVC damage could you plz let me know. .me a Hindu.

defenitely file a appeal If U got good case. pending of different cases in the same court or complex, nothing to be worry. When U are smelling that some what is going on with advocate, You are at liberty to enquire in to the matter. As per my knowledge a regular advocate will not damage his client. If U still in the same impression, U are at libery to change the advocate. O.K.

Q: What if i fail to attend 2 consecutive hearings in family court ?

I am a hindu. I am contesting divorce case with wife. I want to know what will happen if i consecutively fail to appear in two hearings. As i am a central govt. Employee not getting leave as i dont have leave. Pls suggest.

You have to represent to the court requesting for dispensing your attendance through your Advocate by furnishing the circumstances. Here attendance of yours is not important and reacting for the day to day case hearings are the important. So mere non attendance by you for consecutive hearings , nothing will be negative on your aspect but that must be taken in to the knowledge of the officer/judge. O.k

Q: Charge sheet not filed against FIR/ But me and my wife got comprimised

Sir, I got arrest and bail in case of498a , now me and my wife living together for last 5 months, but they cant take back the case and delayed the procedure, and police are ready to prepare a chargesheet and want to arrest the remaining people. what i have to do in this case

Here when a case is registered, it is the duty of the police to investigate the matter and file detailed charge sheet and if it is necessary , certainly they got powers to arrest. So to avoid the arrest, you file a anticipatory bail application before the concern session judge court stating the circumstances. Being granting of bail is discretionary powers, there are possiblities of granting bail.
