It's quite unfortunate that he uses you to get the PR of Canada. you can file a complaint for dowry demand against him and his parents. you can also file a suit for recovery of the amount you lent to him and ask to create a lien on his property. you can show that his intentions was never been to live with you and want just to use you get the permanent residency.
