Q: Anticipatory bail rejected by session court what should I do now

Dear. A group of people have wrongly accused me for cheating of Rs 20 Crores and Fir has been filed under section 420. I applied for anticipatory bail but it has been rejected by sessions court. What should i do now.

Advocate Aditya Sharma answered
Dear,First of all proper facts are required in this case for the suitable advice, example is there any document which shows money came to you or you are liable to pay the alleged money etc.Secondly if the bail has been dismissed by the sessions court High court is the option.Thirdly, if you can surrender some money in the court as a security then the bail can be argued. Money will be given back to you if you are acquitted during the trial. For best advice as proper facts along-with necessary documents can only be given if you meet personally.Thanks.
