Hi. I have planned to purchase a plot at Akruthi green woods Phase 2 at Jigani. The developers are BSR developers and it is a township. The property is a converted agricultural land and comes under jurisdiction of anekal taluk gram panchayat and is registered under E khata. I would like to know what are the documents that I should verify before buying the said land.

All mother deed it mean old tittle deed conversion order current year tax and up to date E. C approved building plan and license, NOC from BDA and other authorities, e-katha in the name of current owner

hi i am padmanab from Bangalore our family consist of father mother brother sister and my self. my qusten is my sister got married but she married a guy who was alredy married and he was having child of 5 years but he had given diverse to first wife and my sister left house and got married this guy we had complent to the neareast polisestation we have letter that we dont have any relation ship to my daughter with us and now they are trying to communicate with my family again for the purpuse of property whith was earnd by my father .so i want to know weather she have any rights to on our house. I had booked an apartment in mine and mothers joint name in 2013.The developers have given all the receipts in my mothers name since hers was to be the first name.They have not mentioned my name anywhere.The property will be registered in mid jan 2016.My mothers health is failing.I would like to know what letter/document i need to take from my mom in case of any eventuality for it to be registred in my name.The objections wud not be from my family's side It may come from the developers side.Am worried as 80% finances r mine.
