I am planning to start a service in which rebottle the perfume and sell in thier 8ml packaging telling about the perfume name in it . When i asked about the licensing in mail they replied that they provide a disclaimer for it and they do not have any type of patnership with the companies or license to sell it .Is it legal to provide a disclaimer telling about independent of "the company name" and selling the rebottled product in India.?

Hello, My brother has an e-commerce business for clothing brand. Some company based in delhi is making use of our images without our permission which is direct violation of our intellectual property right. As a result of which, we have experienced attack on our sell of the particular products and good-will and reputation. They have removed the logo of our company from the images which constitute a criminal offence. Please let me know whether we can adopt civil or criminal proceeding in this regard. As we have suffered losses owing to such violation and have enough evidence to prove that, we are in particular looking for compensation.

No bhale u have child marriage now u cnt ask for nullity of marriageYou can go for divorce ask maintenance but this is now a valid Marriage so asking about nullity its is not possible after 18 as per limitations act your u cross the timeline

Q: How to get divorce if wife denies for it & how is alimony calculated

i got child marriage and there is no proof of marriage. i have 7 years daughter that is only the proof so if we say the same thing in the court what would be consideration if she completely denies for divorce what will be the chances to get divorce because i want the divorce at any cost. i cant imagine my life with her and there is no possibility to survive with her if my salary is 80k what would be the maintenance can court decide?
