Q: want to apply for divorce on curilty ground

i m a male and want to apply for divorce on curilty ground, two yr of marraige . no child, my wife in her parent home, already all secondry attempt done.. like panchyati, she is harrasing my family and my mother and making unnecessory and uneassy practice, first tym we ll make make a mutual aggremt and she accepted her all mistake and come to my home but again repeated the same,, pls suggest all positive and negative points for me and my family

You can apply for divorce in your concerned family court.On the ground of crulity,and others ground which will suit your case. you have not stated whether the girl have filed any criminal case against you or your family like 498A.

Q: Is marriage with distant relative valid according to Hindu law

I am in love with a girl in my caste. But the problem is that she is my father's sister's husband's brother's daughter. Some of the relatives(especially my father and father's sister) think that we are cousins and this marriage is not possible in Hindus. Hence, can someone please let me know whether this marriage is possible or not and is legal?

I don't think this relationship come in the jurisdiction of sapinda relationship. So you can do marriage.But if you do court marriage that will be more helpful for you, It will give you legal right of marriage.

Q: How to file contested divorce from husband

I was married 8 months before. My husband was posted at some another place.i lived with my in laws for about four months. I am a working girl. I had applied for transfer request on spouse ground n got transferred. But my heart doesn't allow me live with him. I don't want to be with him anymore. The family including my husband treat girls much rude.they tried to take all my salary. I won't be able to live with him anymore and want to file divorce.i don't think he will be ready for mutual consent. Please guide me how to proceed. What reasons doest court accept for filing divorce.i am from trauma and doesn't want to even see him

You can file divorce in your concerned family court which is available in civil court.After discussion with you I can only suggest suitable ground of divorce.You can get divorce if you desired, you have not stated your area , so I can suggest you for your court location.

Q: How to prove validity of court marriage without proof of registration?

My husband and I applied for Court marriage in last april and in the waiting period my in-laws some how got the news and forcefully married my husband to other girl on 14 may.lateron my husband came and we married in Court on 22 may.my in-laws are not accepting me and I am worried about my future as we were in relation(physically) from 2008 and waited a lot for family support.but didn't get.that marriage doesn't have any registered proof or any sapath Patra.suggest me to save my future who is the legal wife of my husband? kindly help me

You have not stated weather you done your marriage from court of Registrar or in simple affidavit. If it is from court of registrar you can get certified copy of marriage certificate by process.If it on affidavit it will be available to notery only.
