Q: How to regain possession of flat

builder has sold the flat to me. Full consideration paid and documents got registered also. but he sold and registered it again to another person and gave possession to him. with the same builder another flat matter he gave the allotment letter and recd. almost full consideration from me but sold the flat to another person and gave possession to him. I lodged FIR against the builder in nalasopara police station on 07/01/2017 but police is not taking any action. What is to be done.

Dear friend you have to file civil suit in the court against the builder for give possession and you will be definitely succeed and also alternatively demand your consideration the court will help you by giving decree in your Fover.

If she is not ready to give divorce to then you have liberty to file divorce petition in court, and submit each and everything which you are suffering from your wife , court will analyse the fact and you will definitely get divorce from your wife.

Q: How to get divorce with custody of children

I m staying in Mumbai & my wife staying in varanasi from last three year. we have 2 kids, from last 1 year 1 kid was staying with me but now her mother has took her back to varanasi. I need a child custody with divorce so how would i go about this. Child age are like daughter 6.5 yrs & son is 1.5 yrs.

You have to file divorce petition in the court as well as petition for custody of child only daughter because she is more than five years old, the settled principle of law is five years child must live with the mother.
